In the old days, a set of house plans would rarely be considered "exciting" reading material. They were primarily technical in nature, and required considerable skill to interpret. Such documents are still vital for acquiring a permit and assuring accuracy in construction (see "permit plans"), but technology has greatly expanded the role of the modest blueprint. Now it has a pretty sister… the "development plan." A development plan, quite simply, is created to help the reader visualize the finished project. Our 3-D "virtual cameras" allow you see what the finished project will look like inside and out, and make changes if you choose to, long before the first nail is driven. Have you ever completed a project, and then wished that you had done something differently? Have you ever said, "If only I knew then what I know now…"? With a development set of plans, you WILL know. And if you can "see" the outcome before the project starts, there is a much higher probability that you will "get it right the first time." Once finalized, a development plan can easily be converted into a permit plan. CONTRACTORS! Ask about special rates for your sales presentation set! |
